Jaxtr Tips and Ideas

This morning I received a cell phone call from Rwanda while I was trying to wake up with a hot cup of coffee. The caller had a few questions about how Jaxtr works, so I referred to http://www.jaxtr.com/user/faq.jsp which is the Jaxtr FAQ, and we talked for a while. The call was clear and the caller’s accent was just like in the movie Hotel Rwanda. (Hotel Rwanda with Don Cheadle was filmed mostly in South Africa, with some filming in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.) The caller spoke english.

Caller ID from Rwanda shows a country code of Rwanda is 250. Jaxtr offers free sign-ups to all countries, so if you are looking for free service and free telephone calls to and from Rwanda get Jaxtr. I tested it with a call from Rwanda this morning and it works great. Another nice feature was free text messaging to and from Rwanda. I am in the United States but I followed up after the call with a free text message that said “I enjoyed talking with you.”
