Free telephone calls from Egypt, Turkey, and Armenia
Today I talked to callers in Egypt, Turkey, and Armenia. If you need free telephone calls to Egypt, Turkey, or Armenia Jaxtr has a solution for you. Thanks to Jaxtr these calls were free calls. I actually talked to the caller from Egypt twice just to test my RingCentral PBX call forwarding feature. When the caller selected my extension my virtual PBX added my extension to the caller ID. When my phone rang the PBX told me to press 1 to answer the call or press 2 to send the call to voicemail. At any time during the conversation I can place the caller on hold by pressing the # key twice. The caller hears music on hold. I can also transfer calls between extensions.
Ring Central is a hosted solution. I download a call controller that provides information about my entire PBX system. I give a copy of the RingCentral call controller to individuals that have extensions on my PBX system. It give those people control over their extension only, while I maintain complete control over the entire PBX system.
You can route calls into your main RingCentral telephone number directly, through VoIP call forwarding, or even ‘busy call forwarding’ through your local telephone company. For instance we have ‘busy call forwarding’ on our home telephone line. We do not know who the call is for, but in the past we told our local phone company to forward calls to my wife’s cell phone. That solution was not always the best solution. As a RingCentral subscriber I send calls, through ‘busy call forwarding, to our PBX. The person recognizes our names and selects the proper mailbox every time.
If you are in the United States and you have “busy call forwarding” you can expand upon that feature with RingCentral.
